Rag Royale

Rag Royale is a 2-player local multiplayer brawler where two competitors are thrown into a deadly televised tournament and forced to fight, steal, and survive across three rounds of escalating chaos. Built on ragdoll physics and bad decisions, every match is a spectacle — part sport, part survival, entirely ridiculous.

Three rounds. One winner. No dignity.

Round 1 — Rocky Ritual Old fashioned. Light attacks, heavy attacks, blocking. Beat your opponent down until one of you hits the breaking point — and when the Killer Shot triggers, whoever reacts fastest turns the tide.

Round 2 — Needle Scramble Combat's off. A pile of needles sits between you. Collect them, deposit them, protect your stash. The player who hoards the most wins — unless the pile runs dry and the Killer Shot fires, letting the winner steal straight from their opponent's collection.

Round 3 — Last Stitch Whatever needles you finished Round 2 with become your ammunition. Throw them. Hit your opponent. Don't get hit. When both players run dry, whoever took less damage wins the round. Land the Killer Shot reaction and your next throw hits twice as hard — for free.

Best of three. First to two round wins takes the match.
